Convenience Store Beverage Bar

Menemsha was contracted for Survey, Design, and Build services to refresh hot and cold beverage bars at 156 locations for a large regional convenience store chain. We were able to survey existing conditions, provide space planning and beverage bar construction plans, and provide general contracting services for this high-impact, fast-rollout program.

Working in concert with vendors and subcontractors, Menemsha developed a schedule to minimize the impact on the daily operations of each store. This limited disruptions to a two-day effort per store. Day one encompassed demo of existing beverage machines and electrical and plumbing prep. Day two encompassed beverage machine installs and final electrical and plumbing connections.

Projects were completed on time and on budget.
