Menemsha proudly led a transformative ‘Open Remodel’ project for Stater Bros., part of a 45-store renovation program. This marked a significant stride in the ‘Smaller Format Initiative.’ Menemsha is set to undertake twelve more projects in the next year, showcasing their commitment to excellence.

The project involved renovating a 25,566 square foot market from 1975, including new sections like a sushi station, service deli, and produce area. Menemsha also conducted Post-Construction As-Built Surveys and Matterport Virtual Tours, using cutting-edge technology to provide comprehensive insights.
